This is the book we have all been waiting for! Through her own experiences and her professional knowledge, Elizabeth provides the reader with the key that will open the door to his/her self-awareness. Page by page we are inspired to explore why/when/how we act and re-act as we do and we are encouraged to delve deeper into the self in order to find the answers that can change our lives, enabling us to free ourselves of the 'automatic pilot' we have trusted to run those lives until now.
Elizabeth's book is a welcome escape from the usual 'self help' tomes that grace the shelves of the bookstores. Written in a straightforward, easy to understand manner, this will be a classic, 'must read, can't put down, book!

This insightful and succinct, non religious book is the answer for the many who have questions about the nature of life, about their own spirituality and their true identity. It provides positive, direct and accurate information which will help any soul who is in the early stages of awakening from the dream, or in some cases, the nightmare of the materialistic life. Elizabeth uses direct, no nonsense language, to show the way towards a better, happier, more holistic and fulfilling life. In a forthright manner she points out and explains the fears and illusions many face as they realize their old way of life has to change and how by healing ourselves we can heal the world. With all the main areas covered and with a step by step approach to assist the often bewildered soul who has stepped onto the ladder of higher levels of consciousness and understanding, she cuts through the myths of life and spirituality and gives clear, precise and powerful direction forward.

There is a Buddhist line of thought that the problem is we are asleep, we do wake up but we go back to sleep again.
Indeed, the opening paragraph reminded me of this adage. It appears that there is a treatise, to find within oneself the reason to wake up.
A Human being can also be a human doer, the narrative draws attention to this but makes the point that the effort of 'doing 'could well be all in vain.
Elizabeth draws awareness to the fact that an element of our self has forgotten to listen to the call within for home.
Our dualistic approach to life has suffocated our joy in what is innately our spiritual heritage. She successfully underpins the difference between religion & spirituality & begs us to question the different cultures & concepts that have shaped us & how none of us are going the same way but somehow the journey to awakening should be a collective responsibility, because we are all going the same way!! This is the spiritual!
We are living in a time where the effects of the dissolution of the community has never been more apparent. Altruism & responsibility for ourselves & each other is no longer a moral or indeed ethical social norm.
Elizabeth's work could point us in the right direction & have us adopt a state of grace, not like we have experienced before, but to build a sound ethic for the future.
The author also talks of choice, our free will is our divine gift, how or what we choose define who we are as spiritual sentient beings. She reminds us that choice is an all important factor in our path. I like the way that she ultimately asks to choose between low, dense thinking or to be our own heroes & heroines.
In an era that supports a culture of 'blame' & self annihilation, I welcome this work as it may offer some inspiration for us to actually want to ascend.

To live a life of joy and abundance, free from stress and tension and the ability to dream great dreams that may well become your reality - how great would that be? Today's world is so busy, complex and time consuming that we often have no time to really find out who we are and what we are here to do. Liz's book clearly explains what is wrong with our 21st century environment and how we can take steps to recover the joy of living fully, magically and authentically.
